The Artistry team takes pride in creating customized services for our clients. To make your visit relaxing, enjoyable and exciting, we adhere to certain policies that benefit you as our valued guest. Our policies have been put in place to respect both your time and the schedules of our stylists. We are committed to providing superior service and strive to make your visit stress-free as possible.

CHECK-IN

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled hair service. This gives our guests an opportunity to update client information, change into a robe and enjoy complimentary refreshments prior to meeting with their hairstylist. If you are exceptionally late, you may be asked to reschedule.

CONSULTATION AND FEES

Artistry in Hanover is happy to provide you with a custom consultation before you commit to any hair service.  A $25 deposit is required. Should you book the service, that fee will be applied to your final charge.

We do require consultations for bridal trials, hair extensions, and color correction.  Bridal packages include a mandatory pre-event trial for the bride. Please call for more information.

RESERVATIONS

Pre-booking your hair service in advance is highly recommended. To avoid disappointment or to obtain a time that works best for your schedule, please consult with your stylist about booking standing appointments. Artistry understands that sometimes cancellations are necessary. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice. If you miss your appointment without notification, you may be asked to secure your next appointment with a deposit on your credit card.

SATISFACTION

At Artistry the satisfaction of our guests is important to us. In order to ensure that you have received superior service, we ask that you communicate with our staff if we haven’t met your satisfaction. Do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your service and we are more than happy to schedule an appointment to resolve the issue with your original stylist.
