Appointment Reservation Policy
To reserve appointments that require an extended amount of time, a valid credit card is required to be kept securely on file.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total, which will be charged to the card on file.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us protect the time reserved specifically for you and allows us to accommodate other guests.
